Operations Manager – Call Center

Job Description:

Bianka & David Lange Enterprises is seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our call center in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call center management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance improvements across the team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in call center operations, along with a Bachelor’s degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the call center operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company goals and improve performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee the scheduling, training, and development of call center staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and allocate resources effectively to meet business demands.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall company objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on call center performance and key initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and performance management tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
