Customer Support Executive

Bianka & David Lange Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Oklahoma USA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should be a graduate, capable of handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills through feedback and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
